CONSULAR SERVICES

PLEASE NOTE THAT THE PROCESSING TIME FOR VISAS IS THREE WEEKS 

Make Sure you consult the New Fees document before you mail Your Application

Please DON'T FORGET to include the following before you send your application: 

  1. A copy of the Canadian Permanent Residence Card or a Copy of a Canadian Passport for ALL Consular Transactios

  2. A copy of the Canadian Permanent Residence Card or a Copy of a Canadian Passport for ALL Consular Transactions

  3. A Copy of the marriage Certificate for the Renewal of Sudanese Passport, issuance of a new passport, or adding of children

  4. A Copy of the marriage Certificate for the Renewal of Sudanese Passport, issuance of a new passport, or adding of children

  5. Witnesses to Tawkeel or Igrar need to include the documents in #1 in addition to a copy of the Sudanese Nationality Certificate for the Applicant and Witnesses

  6. Witnesses to Tawkeel or Igrar need to include the documents in #1 in addition to a copy of the Sudanese Nationality Certificate for the Applicant and Witnesses

Visa Services

THE VISA FORMS ARE FILLABLE. ALL APPLICANTS NEED TO DOWNLOAD THE FORMS AND FILL THEM AND MAIL THEM WITH THE APPLICATION 

For Non-Sudanese Nationals:

  1. Employment Letter REQUIRED;

2.  A letter signed by the Applicant indicating the purpose of the visit and the name and address of the person to be visited.
